Holiday event with hands-on life project and printmaking workshops at Espaço EscutArte

On 17 July 2021, Espaço EscutArte held two workshops online. The first, in the morning, was run by psychologist and educational psychologist Patrick Pereira, and focused on assessing one’s life project through the pleasure that everyday activities bring.

The second, in the afternoon, was led by visual artist and art educator Marcele Campanini, who taught a printmaking technique using ordinary tools: an eraser, ink and a manual cuticle trimmer. The technique makes it possible to create designs on different surfaces and to personalise everyday objects.

The workshops set out to offer, free of charge, moments of personal development and interaction in a relaxed and enjoyable online setting. Places were limited so that everyone could be heard and have the chance to share their questions, experiences and takeaways.

More online workshops were planned, and Espaço EscutArte would also offer in-person workshops once vaccination rates against SARS-CoV-2 rose.
