How it works
Individual sessions, online and in person, for treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, fear and grief are offered on the basis of the behavioral approach.
The approach is recognized by Brazil's Federal Council of Psychology and rests on the research of major authors in the field. With Skinner (1904–1990) as its main forerunner, it remains one of the leading approaches in psychology, and its use across many settings has been refined and documented in countless papers published by scientific journals at institutions around the world.
What we usually work on
- Symptoms of depression, anxiety, fear and phobias;
- Grief and significant losses;
- Learning difficulties;
- Sexual concerns and other behavioral difficulties.

I recommend the article How has Behavior Analysis contributed to the health field?, by Marin (UFSCar), Faleiros (Unimep) and Moraes (Unicamp), available in Portuguese and Spanish on SciELO.
In English, the Behaviorism entry in the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy gives an overview of the approach.
